We only use the highest quality emulsion and professional grade exposure units used in commercial screen printing, and always source aluminium frames for our screens.

We'll use either a 43T or 55T mesh depending on your artwork.

Turnaround time is usually 7 - 14 working days.

Please note this is not an artworking service. You will need to get your design ready for print before emailing it over. If you require this service, let us know beforehand. This will incur an additional charge.
If you want us to expose one of your own screens, please contact us directly and do not place an order.
We will send you an invoice and directions on how to package and deliver us your screen safely.

Suggested max stencil size (inc. any reg marks) - 380mm x 580mm
A1 - 23" x 31" (580mm x 790mm)
Suggested max stencil size (inc. any reg marks) - 430mm x 640mm
Screen Cleaning
Send us your screen for a service.
We'll bring it back to life so you can carry on printing.

We will send you directions on how to package and deliver us your screen safely.
Price includes removal of emulsion and any ghosting, and a degrease ready for your next exposure.
Please clean any excess ink and remove tape before you send us your screen, as this may incur an extra charge.
Stencil Creation
We use high quality acetate to print your stencils ready
to be exposed at home.
Stencils are posted in tubes.
Please note: these stencils are for use with an exposure unit.
