What's your turnaround time?

Garments/Posters

We aim to get your order printed and delivered in 5 - 7 working days after receiving full payment - based on standard garments/papers.

Bespoke orders may take longer.

If you need it sooner we can rush things through - subject to an additional fee.

Stencils

1 - 2 working days.

​

Screens

Depending on the service, we will aim to get these out within 3 - 5 working days.

Can I mix and match colours and sizes in my T-Shirt order?

Definitely! Providing the ink colour and design stays the same, fill your boots.

How do I supply my artwork?

​

Please provide your file in either a PDF, PSD, TIFF, SVG, PNG, JPG in 300dpi minimum.

If you are unsure please let us know and we'll do our best to help!

What inks and chemicals do you use?

​

We use phthalate free plastisol inks for garments and water based inks for all our posters.

Our screens are coated with Saatitex one part pink emulsion for a super speedy exposure!

Can I supply my own garments?

​

Yes! However, we won't be liable for any print defects due to the nature of vintage fabrics, such as bobbles and loose threads...but please wash the garments before sending them over.

What payment do you accept?

​

We accept PayPal or bank transfer.​​​

What is your delivery policy?

​

We use DPD Local, which is a trackable service. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to collect from us. 

​

Where are you based?

​

Our print shop is in Canterbury, Kent.

​

​

What is the biggest stencil you can print?

​

We can print stencils for exposing up to A1

​

​

I need my screen cleaned, how can you help?

​

If you need your screen deep cleaned, you'll need to carefully package it up and deliver it to us (we recommend DPD). We will then work our magic, and aim to send it back to you within 2 - 3 working days.

Do you sell screens?

​

We don't sell screens. However, if you need one coated and exposed, we can source one for you and factor that into our screen exposure service. 

​

For blank screens we recommend Screen Print World or Pyramid.

​

​

Can you keep my design on a screen for future print jobs?

​

Unfortunately not. However, if you are returning for another run of the same design 30 days from your first order, we'll waive the set up fee.

Printing/screen services do not start until payment has been made. No Exceptions. 

We can't accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items during delivery.

And we cannot guarantee perfect prints on items provided by you - any second hand/vintage garments are supplied at your own risk.

You accept sole responsibility for any artwork you want reproduced, and that you are the owner/have permission to do so.
